Holy crap, I thought I was had trouble. Why I hate 'glass.
If mine ever gets cracking pretty bad I'll probably try and make one out of metal! I don't think it would be too bad, especially using the one I have now as a template! I've formed harder ones that's for sure, but it probably wouldn't look as slick.. although looking "slick" is not too important with this plane! :D
