I have been using this fuel system I put together for over four years. I mounted a 13 gallon marine fuel tank on a piece of plywood that attaches to our Subaru roof rack. The fuel line goes to an automotive fuel pump, then through a marine Racor fuel filter, I have a ten foot 12 volt lighter cord, and yes those are two cat litter boxes bolted to the board. I get an average of 3 flights out of one fueling, and I add a good fuel stabilizer when fueling.

Fuel tank was around $80, the pump was around $25, filter was around $60, then just some hardware. The Racor filters down to 10 microns and removes water which gives me peace of mind!

Hi Charles,

Never tought of that one but very good Idea !

I went to Canadian Tire and checked out a fuel cart..Cost was 140$ ...Tought it was too expensive...

I don't know how much the marine fuel cell is but It might be easier on the pocket book...

Regards,

Norm
