I was gonna go with that kind of Transponder to save $$$, and then pair with something like:
Level Beacon 978 - http://aviation.levil.com/beacon-978.html
to be 2020 compliant for ADS-B out.
I already have ADS-B with my Stratus 2, for added safety.
Thoughts?
