I am following your Viking wiring plan. I will use 5 amp circuit breakers for new fuel pumps. I am probably going to add a single independent 25 amp circuit breaker for ignition. There is no planned circuit breaker for ECU.

Looks good. Be sure NOT to rely on the pre-made switch panel to power the engine ECU or fuel pumps. They get wired directly to the main bus.
