My fellow builder Jesse Hartman had the numbers on this spar.  I know it took him two tries to get it right.  Mine came out the first time because of his efforts. The sheet metal brake that I'm using a line 16.5mm from the edge on 0.025" sheet will bend up to 18mm.  The brake bending edge is 1/4" or R3.2mm.  Different metal thicknesses will bend differently.

Hey Tim, Where did you mark the bending lines on your spar? Did you measured the flanges from the edges or did you go with the full width web?
