Hi Mark. That second rib (and the ones behind it) are the original ribs. I replaced them all after this picture was taken. Those "L"s you refer to are where I attempted to repair the ribs after I first drilled them and really messed corners up. Zenith recommended that as a repair but I wasn't happy the way they turned out so I decided to order replacement ribs and use the molds as a protective measure. Hope your project is coming along well!

Looks great!  Why the two small "L"s on the bottom corners of the second rib? Just for re-enforcement?
