Hi Bob, after the first fly with the heat resistive curtain, no high temperature indicated on and around the bungee. I checked the temperature over the BullyHawk module and no over heating indicated. The other potentials are, bad batch or temperature swing from -30 C to +30 C may effect the useful life of the neoprene rubber in the bungee core.
Interesting to see the results of this test to see if the heat is causing premature bungee failure.
