Bruce's Covers are excellent.
Loren, I have the Edition 3 kit with raised roof and bubble doors. It fits very well, though on one side, a bit tight against the flaperon spacer between the flaperon and the vertical rod. Lowering the flaps a bit takes care of it.
Dave, I noticed on Bruce's site that the 750 cover is designed to fit the earlier generation aircraft which don't have the raised roof or bubble doors. Yours looks like a good fit, do you have the raised roof and bubble doors?
Loren, The package was marked as 5 lbs. It is the lightweight travel cover versus the regular travel cover which weighs in at 10 lbs + according the guys at Bruce's. The material is best described here:

The warranty is outstanding - all repairs free for the life of the cover - break a buckle, they'll send a new one free. They expect the covers to last 4 - 5 years with continuous outdoor use. Use 303 fabric guard (water repellent) every other year to prolong life of the cover. They even gave me the SnF 10% discount when I ordered over the phone.
Very nice. If you don't mind my asking, What material and how much does it weight?
