This is a prototype instrument panel for the 701 STOL. Sebastian Heintz said that they are planning on mounting a Dynon Skyview or similar PFD on an L-bracket or some similar mounting system in the center and run engine gauges, radios, and transponders through it. This will leave the rest of the panel to be used for storage like the dash board in a car and increase visibility over the nose on takeoff and landing.
