Yes I taped up the nuts and bolts on both upper and lower struts. I use Walmart modeling clay. Shaped everything as how I wanted it. Put release agent on everything clay & metal then played it up. Most are about 3 layers of BID. After there was no gelcoat. I then filled and sanded and filled and sanded and then some more. Then it it with high build primer and sanded to find more imperfections. I could pull molds off of these and make them for anyone who wants them then do them with gelcoat. Not sure if the time would fit the possible break even or profit. In other words I'm not sure people would pay enough for them. Haven't looked into 3 D printing them.
Nice work! Did you make the molds yourself and do the layups? Fiberglass I assume with white gelcoat.
