There is a 'T' fitting because the fuel comes from 2 output from the tank.

Hi Tim,
No problem. This issue was resolved when all fuel lines were redone using appropriate fuel leak putty.

f. Do not use Teflon tape on any fuel
lines to avoid getting the tape between the flare
and fitting, which can cause fluid leaks.
Reads like they don't think you'll be able to tell the difference between pipe thread and an AN flare or control the application so they just say "any fuel lines".

You are not permitted to use teflon tape on fuel line fittings. That looks like teflon tape in the picture
