Thanks Bob! We took the aircraft for the first flight yesterday evening and it performed well.

I have little experience on light aircrafts, just above 100 hours but this one is with no doubt The Best Aeroplane of those I've flown. It flies, it sticks in the air like glued, nice response to controls and also excellent "bottom end" feedback. You sure feel when it flies straight. Rudder / pedals feel is different from the planes I've tried before, but you get used to it soon. We have not really tried the STOL techniques yet but even with conventional manners e.g. safe approach speed its very STOL.  What I can say is we love this flying machine!

One night before the inspection turned out to be a long night... Well so was the night before so no big deal. At 9PM we took the wings off, got the plane out of our workshop and started installing the elevator.  Then a lot of problems hit us.. The elevator cables were just a bit short and the tensioners were already adjusted to max length. So had to fabricate new parts to lengthen the cables and to allow the tension to be adjusted properly. Everything was just against us and it started raining like - you know what. Got the plane to our airfield at 4AM and wings installed at 5AM. I continued in the afternoon and fixed the rest. Got the airworthiness certificate!
