Installed the inst. panel & fwd top skin, riveted the fwd fuse floor area. I think a two-piece fwd top skin would be a good idea, as this piece is awkward to handle.

Hi Jimmy! I did make my forward top skin in two pieces. When I was getting ready to cut out the top skin, I found that I did not have a big enough piece, so I decided to "splice" the top skin. I know from removing the skin many times while fitting, there is a definate advantage having in having it in two pieces. I did use a double row of rivets for the "splice" just to be safe. Its nice to be able to remove just one side at a time.
