650 / XL - Fuel Cap Sealing - It is VERY important to seal the threads of the fuel cap neck to the tank flange. If you don't, water can spiral down the thread when it rains or when washing the plane! I used AC-240 B-2 fuel tank sealer (Spruce) on my fuel senders and was pleased. This is applied to both the male straight thread and the flange that contacts the nose skin.

This is the standard wing tank and cap for 601-XL and 650B
Do the tanks come with the threaded neck flange and if not, how did you attach those to the tank, again beautiful. Made my comment on the other picture before reading this picture!
