Zodiac 650B - Flaps don't fit on wing! With the torque tube arm 1/4"pin inserted into the flap bearing plate, piano hinge was 25 mm from the rear channel spar. All dimensions checked per Rev. 3 650B plans within 0.5 mm. Groove in flap end rib needs to be farther back to fit. If you made your flaps a long time ago and are just getting your wings on the fuselage, engage the rod and do this test. Measure the position from piano hinge to rear spar flange. Does it fit?
