My fiberglass tip did not fit the CNC cut profile of the nose skin. Trimmed about 12 mm at the center of the nose radius and tapered it back to the eighth rivet position on the top of the nose skin. I needed to use a 2x4 beam to push the tip into the radius. Happy with the profile I ended up with. After wiring and a lot of deburring, I will be ready to do it again on the left wing! Larry Zepp
