Jim,

I will be installing a C90 on my 750, but got no info from ZAC with the cowl and engine mount when I bought those components.  Looking at this pix, it appears that a backup strip (aluminum?) must be attached to the upper lip of the lower cowl half in order to attach the upper half.  Am I correct?

Is it a lot of work trimming and adjusting it?
I'll be ordering in mine for the O-200A in 1-2 months. I'm just glad it looks so much nicer than the custom-made ones.

I ened up fitting it closer, so I don't need one until I add a spinner.

It seems like you needed a prop hub extension.
