Hi Bob,
Yes! I used to work OUTSIDE in a TEMPO in the backyard...even in the winter time.
For that purpose, I bought boots that were good down to -40C and a suit that was good down to the same numbers...
Looking back, I'd say "GOT TO BE CRAZY" and I still am !!
