Modified after this photo was taken to open less and close more for reduced cooling on descent and cruise.

This reduces CHT by at lease 10 deg C on climb out and low speeds.

Nice job on the cowl flap. What are the dimensions and travel? Did it reduce the CHTs of your 3300?
