Painting Zenair 1450 Amphib Floats
Here the floats are getting cleaned with Alumiprep which is applied with a Scotchbrite pad and "elbow grease". After sitting 5 minutes the Alumiprep is rinsed off. Do not let it dry on the aluminum. I got local AME James Mohns to help out...his hangar has 16 ft rafters, and he is experienced in installing floats & painting aircraft.
