I made this flanging tool this weekend. I still don't know if it will work satisfactory or not.
Update, this has been the coolest tool that I have. I can flange any size lighting hole on the zenith aircraft. And, I did not have to have a lathe to make it!
This pic shows a practice piece of metal before I adjusted the tool. Look at some of my pics of the wing ribs and other parts. I am very pleased with this tool.
This tool is my biggest tool recomendation so far, as I plans build the 750. Aircraft Spruce has them for about $18.00 I believe.
