I used two layers of a fine fiberglass cloth and a more flexible epoxy resin to make the fairing in one piece. I plan to seal this to the fuselage side with Loctite urethane roof sealant. It looks OK, is airworthy, but making two female molds would look better. I saved the 4+ days work on female molds and it will look fine. Larry Zepp
