Hi Jerry,
I too am having the exact same problem you have identified on the top left and right sides of the aft stab skin. I've talked with Caleb at the factory and he admits there was a problem with the programming of the CNC machine that cut our skins. I haven't figured out a solution just yet, but it is comforting to know I'm not alone...

I've also noted that when you flip the stab over and attempt to bring pre drilled holes of the skin down to the tip ribs (either side), some of these pre drilled holes land directly over the dimple formed in the tip rib.

I'm not sure if this is a skin pre-drilled hole problem or a tip rib problem.

I'm going to contact the factory later today to see if I can get some assistance. If I become 'enlightened' I'll drop you another note.

I'm pretty sure that is not correct....I'll try to have a look at the plans tomarrow and refresh myself. If that is the aft side, there is a little overhang of the skin, but the channels should not overlap (I think).
