Zenith FWF pkg. & cowls on CH750. I put two widths of duct tape on the bottom of the NACA inlet to the oil cooler. Those two widths of tape are all that is required to fly -30C to 10C with oil temps 195F - 210F and cylinder heads temps of 210F - 225F. I remove the duct tape and fly in +33C weather. KISS principal at work. No radiator inlets are covered in winter or summer.

They make duct tape here locally "Scapa Tape Ltd, Renfrew, Ontario, Canada" and I must have 25 - 30 different colors & patterns. That is white duct tape... and I have Cub yellow (Conrad Watters has some for his CH750). Take tape off when cowl warm.

Did you paint that duct tape? I couldn't see it until zoomed in. Now I see what you mean.

Wonder if there is duct tape in cub yellow. When you pull the tape off does paint come with it or just gummy clean up? Nice shot of those winter shoes!!!!
