Another great TACH is Tiny Tach sold by Aircraft Spruce. Simply order the unit for a 4-stroke motor, then wrap the single wire from the unit around a sparkplug lead and velcrow to the panel. When you shut down the TINY TACH auto switches to display engine hours. A TACH & HOBBS all in one. I ran one for 10 yrs and never even changed the battery.
