Eat your Wheaties before removing and torqueing the 40mm prop flange bolt. It wasn't that hard with 3/4" drive tools. I had bought a 40" long breaker bar and it wasn't that hard to remove and re-install. The UL Maintenance manual has good instructions on how to perform this task.
