Skis Are Taking Shape
The bottom skin is roll formed, the UHMW plastic bottoms formed (using propane torch and wet rag). The 1"X2" main rails are cut out and today I formed the extruded 3/4"X3/4" L to the ski nose radius. More pictures on the forming process later.
This picture show the basic assembly...L 's still need to be formed.
