Warm Air Outlet for Cabin Heat and Windshield Defrost
This 2 inch flange will direct warm air to both sides of windshield. Lower half of opening provides pilot cabin heat. I installed a Cessna 185 airbus on the engine side of firewall.

We'll, I got lots of recent encouragement to get back on the project.....stalled for a while in the garage...where my wife previously stabled her Subaru . The pronouncement came a couple of weeks ago..."get that thing out of my parking space or its divorce ! I'll have no more arctic winters with my car in the driveway !!" I think she was just kidding, but I didn't want to take a chance. She is a good woman and I didn't want that so I found a hangar to relocate the project and get her done by summer. Subaru is returning to its proper parking place.
