The rivots are there. I think the paint has enough of a gloss/shine to it, that they are just not as noticable as they are when it is bare aluminum.

Hi Mike, Very nice ! By looking at your plane, it is almost like we can't see the rivets thru the paint.
Did you cover them with something before painting or is it just the fact that the pictures are too far to see that type of detail ???

Yep....did it myself. It was quite a job, but I enjoyed the experiance. FYI, I have never done anything like this before.
