Flying is fun but back yard parking seems to be dangerous. My old man backed his car into my plane. He simply forgot it... A dent but I'll fix it. The structure is rigid and it's sheet metal so easy to fix compared to modern carbon fibre missiles...

No damage in the firewall or in front of it. At least I could not find any. It's way behind the firewall.
I'll take a closer look tomorrow.
Anyway... I flew this plane as it is from the Eastern Border to our home base, about 100miles. I'm currently working on a piece of sheet metal which I intend to use to replace the damaged part. We'll "cut" the damaged spot open tomorrow and if nothing special, we'll rivet the new part there.
Any firewall damage? Front cowling...motor , prop, exhaust? Almost anything can be fixed, some fixes are just tougher than others. This makes my ski re-design look pretty small.
Bugger! Just completed repairs on my 601XL-B after it had a fight with the wind while parked.
