The overseas (Canada & USA) would greatly appreciate the composite parts being available to us.

Keep us posted on the progress.  Cowlings, pods, fairings  etc...

Thank you for the information and what a great looking plane.... congratulations!!

Hello everyone! Thanks for the words! Yes the recently built 750 is already flying 24 hours after the maiden flight. Minor adjustments are required and I am quite happy with her.

We at brazilian builders team have a pretty good composites parts manufacturer. The cowl, spinner and fairings were made locally with the best available raw materials. Seats are welded struct aluminium plus an OEM automotive mechanism that allow the back seat be folded up to 180 degrees, and finished with high density foam and softly leather. Very nice for the pax even copilot rest during long flights. other feature is the avalability for horizontal adjustment on a track (just on the ground for safety reasons at the pilot on duty side

The cowl is working very well with the Jab 3300 mostly due to we have a pretty hot summer now and temps are on specs!

Related to the painting we decided for automotive PU acrylic PPG brand, finished with premium PU top coat. I will add more pics ASAP>

So that´s it. We are in touch with Zenair people in order to evaluate the opportunity for composites parts sending to overseas builders.

I was just thinking the same thing!! I love those seats...that's what I'm looking on installing in my 750.
Are they adjustable easily. Like on a track, similar to a car? How heavy are they. I would sacrifice weight for comfort that's for sure.

I'd like to know how the seats were designed/assembled. This is exactly what I was hoping to do with my 750's seats.

I would be very interested in how well this cowling works with thew J3300 regarding cooling and drag. Years ago i switched from a standard Piper cowling to a similar cowl design and got much better cooling and picked up 5 MPH in the process. Good looking paint job. Mike
