After a flying day its nice to taxi and park on the backyard - saves an half an hour's drive to the airfield :)

Note the auxiliary wheels I used to turn the plane around at the parking spot.
I'm staying here over the Easter and wanted the plane close to the house in order to be able to preheat the engine with an electric heater. I might also continue working on the new flap lever as the tools are now close to the plane :)
8 minutes is not much... it takes about 25min for me to drive to the airfield or to the place where we kept the plane on floats.
Flying from the back yard is as sweet as it gets. It takes me 8 minutes to drive to the airfield where I hangar my CH750. Not as good as your own back yard... but someone else cuts the grass runways (8 hrs / week).
