Stu "Iron Butt" Duncan
This is my buddy Stu Duncan's CH701 with Rotax 912S 100 hp engine. I first met Stu at Can-Zac when I test flew and type trained him on his CH701 in March 2011. Stu flew off his mandatory 25 hrs flight restrictions in a week.... and since then has flown 245 hrs on his CH701 without the Rotax 912S missing a beat. He has flown the rugged, remote Canadian bush from Ft. Frances, Ontario to Nova Scotia and all points in between. Stu will be mounting 1150 amphib floats on his CH701.
