I had no trouble aligning the sections: I took measurements straight and diagonal when I had a couple of clecos across the bottom and up each side and they we equal. I have not checked the armrests or seat bases; thanks for the heads ups: I will check those measurements next.

Nice picture, looks exactly like the photo I took of mine last evening. Question, did you have any problems aligning the two sections together? My left and right armrests appear about 3/8" to high. Same is true when you install the seat base. Looks like the rear section is to low or the front section is to high. Everything went together without too much effort and is clecoed together but the alignment is off about 3/8 of an inch. If I can't figure it out, I'll call Zenith on Friday.
