Up close picture of crack in my CH750 rear baggage back panel. My CH750 has 115 hrs TT. Crack is caused by flexing of the airframe taxiing of grass (uneven / rough) runways. This is a version 1 airframe with 1360 lb gross. Zenith has a fix involving riveting in fuselage doublers. reference drawing # 75-FA-10. You need to install 2 - baggage back channel doublers, 2 side skin doublers and 2 side skin angles. I think that the version 2 1450 lb gross kits already have this fix in the kit. Builders who have not yet painted or assembled their CH750 kit should contact Zenith to avoid the grief I will have since my CH750 is finished (flying) and painted.

Hi Bob,
When you added the back channel doublers on the baggage back panel, did you have to remove the panel to install those doublers?
