Cut and pressed flanges into all rear wing ribs

Is there anyone making these for the Zenith Cruzer and selling them? Or are they really not that difficult to make. This is an area I am assuming that you want to make certain the strength is there in the metal, and the flanging really makes the piece stronger. Or... am I being overly cautious? :)

The flanging dies were cut out on a lathe and are made from oak or from nylon.
What did you use for the die to make the flanges?
