Zenith 1450 Amphib floats will add 200 lbs to empty weight of airframe on wheels. My guess is 1250 - 1275 lbs "empty" weight with a C of G at the forward limit. This C of G could be "tuned" with a rearward of Cof G mounting of the floats. Larger engines in the Murphy Rebel resulted in the development of the Murphy Elite. Is a new CH750HD version in the development plans?
Bob Just hope it comes in at some reasonable weight will be in the AB category. the rigging has been fun hope we got it right still have the battery and the elt to install possible waaaaay in the back.
Awesome :>) A CH750 with an 0-320 engine "Holy Crap". What is the empty weight of this setup?
