Yes I know what you mean even builing tends to get away from you a bit it costs a lot to own your own but worth it in the end I think and you can be proud of your achievement to

Thanks for that, sounds as if I'm probably better off saving the extra dollars then and sticking with the stick in the middle. Very little flight experience myself did a TIF a few months back and thats have far as I've got. Actually an AME who whats to get into flying and decided to build rather than get into debt over a 30 year old 150 etc. Athough I like traditional GA aircraft even as an engineer it's still very expensive

They are good in some ways but do take up room although you don't move them a lot in flight as the plane is very responsive to the controls, do you like to fly left or right handed ? if right go for the y stick I think I would if I was to start again but would not bother going to the trouble of changing it now.
cheers Kevin

Hi, saw your photo's and notice you have the dual sticks, how do you rate them? Just ordering my control kit at the moment and was tossing up wether to go for them or not. Do they make it a bit cramped in flight? That was my only concern. Ever flown with the regular stick? Heard they are very sensitive.
