Follow-up,
On return fuel line size,I think Zenith used 1/4 on the 650 for return. After talking to Roger he stated that he felt a larger size would be better. Also at looking into UL's install and receiving e-maisl from them I decided for AN-6 was a good size on both plus just for simplicity of using all the same line an fitting size. I also received a e-mail from UL stating that a gascolator is not needed, this coincides with other info I have found. If you are using a header tank, that would be a good place to sump. Hope this helps
