I haven't run the engine with the carb heat box yet, will probably be sometime next spring, when I get back from Arizona.
Looks like your plane is coming together! Still fits in the garage though.

Thank you Brad, it flew great, smooth and easy to maneuver. The O-200 installs easy. The trick is to get the cables routed and attached so not to bind. Enjoy your build.
