Longeron "L" alternatives aluminium material

Hi,Question for everybody on aluminium material replacement.My plan for CH640 Fuselage required "L" longeron made from 6061-T6, 0.093 thickhness (3/4" x 3/4"), but my local provided is back order on this material.He propose me 1 x 1 x .125 thickh, but in 6063-T3 alu. "After I was complete with  the structure of the door I made a smooth skin to line the inside of the door.  then I covered it with fabric.  You will see in fucture pics."

I’m sure there are probably better ways to build them but this is how I did mine.  I have almost 200 flight hours on it now and so far everything has held up very well.  No cracks or failures.  The double gull wing doors are much nicer than the single piper door.  Much easier to get in and also much better to load the back seat.
