what engine are you using? your cowl looks unlike anything I have seen out of ZAC, (IE; not a stock Jabiru/Rotax/Continental) I am also building a XL-TD but I installed a Lycoming O-235L2C. I am propbably >90% done, I am just starting to install my avionics this week.
I have two questions for you, the first is regarding your weight and balance; is there a different W&B for the TD version other than what I have seen published on the Zenith website? would you happen to have a copy of it that you can forward?
How did you design/build your gear/fuselage fairings? I bought 5 pounds of modelling clay and plan to make a fiberglass mold around it, unless you have an easier idea.....
