Hi Dan, after reading all the gripping on the board about the control stick pulling in the direction of the bungee I decided to mount my elevator bungee right in the middle of the bottom of the fuselage just aft of the large inspection port. However to be sure I did not have problems later with cable fraying when I installed the up elevator cable I first inserted into a portion of polypropylene brake hose, the once the cable was mounted I then epoxied the polypropylene in place so it would never interfere with either the control horn in the front of the control assembly nor in the rear pulley inside the fuselage just forward of the horizontal stab. Then I took a short bungee and drilled a hole in the L angle where I stayed before and then attached the bungee to the hole and to the up elevator control cable. Thus I have tension even when banking on the elevator cable and I am not fighting any pressure either to the left or right on the control stick while in flight. Worked well for me. Make sure you add cable restraints to your pulleys when you install them Dan as this keeps the cables from moving off the pulleys so you will want to make these fit close to the cable pulley but not rubbing on the cables. Hope this helps, John
