I already have my 0-200 mounted but the weight hasn't made any difference in the tightness. The factory did finally answer my e-mail, they said it's easier to turn when it's rolling (as if I wouldn't know that) and if it's still to firm to shave off some of the support block (which I had already decided was the fix). I love the design and hate the lack of instructions on building. The only other kit I've built was a Mini-Max and the it had more pages of instructions than there were pages of plans with every step explained in detail. I guess I got spoiled with that one--------even with the videos this one leaves a lot out.

No sure what tools you orderd with your kit if any,sure Phil might have advised you as well on tools, if you would like I can give you a short list to get you started, think I actualy needed more tools as I am scratch building from plans, next batch of ali sheets due up in zim shortly.

HI Eugene, we have a small zenith family growing in zim so keep in touch, should you need to order anything from zenith direct we have the odd order going thru so you can combine with any of our orders from zim, shouldnt be a problem to get stuff up to you we have school kids parents back and forth all the time.
If you stuck for any tools or high quailty drill bits(this is essential dont use the normal drill bits from the local hardware!!) let me know,hopefully we zenith people can all meet up one day, think there is already a zenith flying in zambia??
