Je ne dirais pas que le decollage est plus court seulement que la roue de nez leve plus rapidement. Pour l'atterrissage, la vitesse diminue plus lentement lorsqu'on diminue le throttle setting ce qui permet de ralentir ... Pour le reste faudra voir.

I just posted some pictures of the initial trial fit of the renesis engine & wings.
I've done very little with the engine, other than hang it on the firewall as a counterweight. This past weekend I started on the intake manifold, I'll post some pictures when I have them uploaded.
The "major components" required to convert a mazda rotary to an airplane application are available from commercial vendors (redrive, engine computer, etc.), but the builder is required to fabricate many other parts, including the intake manifold I'm working on now.
