Kurt, thank you for the copy and paste. Unfortunately I have tried all of that. The only thing I am having a problem with is the flap deflection. After many attempts at changing things to see what affected the flap defection, I have found that the ONLY thing that significantly affects flap deflection is the travel of the flap motor. A little travel, a little flaps. A lot of travel, a lot of flaps.
I have tried adjusting one bellcrank so that it is level, and one bellcrank so it is several degrees up, and adjusting the vertical flap rods to get neutral aileron. The position of the bellcrancks makes absolutely no difference on the amount of flap deflection. It is 22 degrees on both sides. I am not sure of the purpose of step 1 in the directions. (Measuring the angle of the arms on the control mixer, equidistant up and down). If I start the adjustments with it in the level position, the only thing that will do is give me +11 degrees flaps and -11 degrees flaps. I don't think you want +11 degrees of flaps. It is going to add up to that 22 degrees one way or another. From what I can see the only way to get lessen the negative flaps is to shorten the throw of the flap motor. Adjusting the rod end on the flap motor only adjusts where my 22 degrees begins and ends. Am I missing something?
I like your yellow! My 650B has corvette yellow and metallic blue.
