Hey Maxwell , Welcome! I used to live in Albuquerque back in the 70s ( Air Force Brat ) living on 50acres in SE Ohio now. I miss the weather and geography in the SW!! Good luck on your new purchase!! Wondering what power plant you have to deal with the higher density altitudes out there? What is Sandia Peak? I seem to remember about 12,000?? Let us know how the purchase goes.... Blue Skies!
