I closed on her a week ago Wednesday and still looking for a CFI to get me familiar with and do a biannual for me. I think I found one who can work with me in the next two weeks.

Hi Mike. I can't tell you how many times people have found million$$ that belong to me and want to share it 50/50; I could probably buy a fleet of Citations!
I'm awaiting close so I have not flown it yet. But the current owner, who only owned it for less than a year was getting 140mph @ 5.5gph. He sold it because he really had a hard time getting into it, as am I. I hope to get a few years in her, but my range of motion may shorten that timeframe. Are you building one or flying one now? I'm in mid-east coast FL.
