Hi Roberto, this is an earlier photo. I'll get in close today and re-photo, as I introduce the extra hinges called for - tricky, but doable. Maybe my over/under laps of the tip rib might show-up. I've introduced the extra rivets called for in the in-board ribs - easy. I'm not doing the tip skin doubler at this time as I'm finished/painted. If I can convince my DAR equivalent (I'm in Australia) that my intent is to include inspection of this skin in my pre-flight inspections, then fine.
Honda runs lovely. I'm impressed with Viking/Jan's active support for us builders. Nobody's perfect. I'm not yet flying, so reservations until the whole craft/my efforts are proven. But I just love the relative simplicity of the computer controlled fuel injection, etc. My wiring and cockpit panel presentation, etc- my pride.
cheers John
Hi Roberto, my project here, as at last week (4 years in). Now in it's brand new Hangar home, shared with a buddy. I see no one has responded to your post. I cant remember this point in the build, but I'll have a look later.
You will find lots of build decision points like this with the Zenith kit. Ultimately, we become (sole responsibility) manufacturers of our own craft. In the end, you will be obliged to do what you think is right and acceptable. A bit of a trim and tuck there, etc. Get ready for frustration and joy and accomplishment, and take the long view. cheers John
Hi Roberto, Have you had the opportunity to study this yet, newly released. Maybe go for a new Stabilizer skin from the factory before carrying on. Depending on when you took supply. http://www.zenithair.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/SERVICE_LETTER_CRUZER_750_elevator_Piano_Hinge_OCTOBER_2018.pdf
