I have become extremely upset with the response of both Zenith and the EAA to the FAA's heavy-handed attempt to impose regulation on the experimental side of the 601XL failure fiasco via the insurers. SInce this happened, I have not participated very much, if at all, in the group discussions. I am making only minimal modifications to my already airworthy airframe and waiting to see what the my insurer says when I come due at the end of August. I do wish you good luck, though, and will answer specific questions if they are proposed.
